Käyttöehdot
1. Palvelu
Stealth Schoolin oppimispelejä ja verkkosivuja (”palvelu”) tarjoaa Lauri Järvilehto Oy (Y-tunnus 3286971-2), Espoo. Käyttämällä palvelua hyväksyt nämä ehdot. Alle 18-vuotiaan käyttäjän puolesta ehdot hyväksyy huoltaja.
2. Käyttö
Saat pelata pelejä henkilökohtaiseen käyttöön sekä opetuksessa kouluissa ja muissa oppilaitoksissa. Älä yritä häiritä palvelun toimintaa, kiertää sen suojauksia, kopioida tai myydä pelejä tai käyttää niitä lainvastaisesti. Koulujen ja kuntien lisenssiostoihin sovelletaan erillistä sopimusta.
3. Opettajat ja luokkatila
Opettajatunnus on henkilökohtainen; pidä salasana omana tietonasi. Luokan nimissä ja viesteissä älä käytä oppilaiden koko nimiä tai muita tunnistettavia tietoja. Palveluun kirjoittamasi teksti ei saa olla loukkaavaa, lainvastaista tai toisen oikeuksia loukkaavaa. Voimme sulkea tunnuksen, jota käytetään näiden ehtojen vastaisesti.
4. Ostot sovelluksessa
Peleissä on maksuton osuus, joka pysyy maksuttomana verkossa, sovelluksessa ja luokkatilassa. Stealth School -sovelluksen mahdolliset ostot (esim. Stealth School Plus -tilaus tai yhden pelin avaus) tehdään Applen tai Googlen sovelluskaupassa, ja niihin sovelletaan kaupan ehtoja ja palautussääntöjä. Tilaus uusiutuu automaattisesti, kunnes se perutaan viimeistään 24 tuntia ennen jakson loppua kaupan tiliasetuksissa. Hinnat ja jakson pituus näytetään ennen ostoa. Aloittamalla digitaalisen sisällön toimituksen pyydät sen toimittamista heti; peruuttamisoikeus määräytyy sovelluskaupan ja kuluttajansuojalain mukaan.
5. Oikeudet
Pelit, hahmot, grafiikka, äänet, tekstit ja koodi kuuluvat Lauri Järvilehto Oy:lle tai sen lisenssinantajille. Saat käyttöoikeuden pelien pelaamiseen näiden ehtojen mukaisesti; muita oikeuksia ei siirry.
6. Palvelun muutokset
Kehitämme pelejä jatkuvasti ja voimme lisätä, muuttaa tai poistaa sisältöä. Emme lukitse sisältöä, jonka voimassa oleva tilaus on jo avannut.
7. Vastuu
Palvelu tarjotaan sellaisena kuin se on. Teemme parhaamme, jotta pelit toimivat ja tallennukset säilyvät, mutta emme voi taata keskeytyksetöntä toimintaa. Vastuumme rajoittuu siihen, mitä pakottava lainsäädäntö, kuten kuluttajansuojalaki, edellyttää.
8. Tietosuoja
Henkilötietojen käsittelystä kerrotaan tietosuojasivulla.
9. Sovellettava laki ja riidat
Ehtoihin sovelletaan Suomen lakia. Kuluttaja voi viedä riidan kuluttajariitalautakunnan käsiteltäväksi (kuluttajariita.fi) tai nostaa kanteen kotipaikkansa käräjäoikeudessa.

Terms of Use
1. The service
The Stealth School learning games and websites (the "service") are provided by Lauri Järvilehto Oy (Business ID 3286971-2), Espoo, Finland. By using the service you accept these terms. For users under 18, a parent or guardian accepts them on the user's behalf.
2. Use
You may play the games for personal use and for teaching in schools and other places of learning. Don't try to disrupt the service, get around its protections, copy or sell the games, or use them unlawfully. Licences bought by schools and municipalities are covered by a separate agreement.
3. Teachers and class mode
A teacher account is personal; keep the password to yourself. Don't use pupils' full names or other identifying details in class names or messages. Nothing you type into the service may be offensive, unlawful or infringe anyone's rights. We may close an account that is used against these terms.
4. Purchases in the app
Every game has a free part that stays free on the web, in the app and in class mode. Any purchases in the Stealth School app (for example the Stealth School Plus subscription or unlocking a single game) are made through Apple's or Google's app store and follow that store's terms and refund rules. A subscription renews automatically until you cancel it, at least 24 hours before the current period ends, in your store account settings. Prices and period length are shown before you buy. By starting the delivery of digital content you ask for it to be delivered at once; withdrawal rights follow the app store's rules and applicable consumer law.
5. Rights
The games, characters, artwork, sounds, texts and code belong to Lauri Järvilehto Oy or its licensors. You get a licence to play the games under these terms; no other rights pass to you.
6. Changes to the service
We keep improving the games and may add, change or remove content. We will not lock content that an active subscription has already unlocked.
7. Liability
The service is provided as it is. We do our best to keep the games working and saves safe, but we cannot promise uninterrupted operation. Our liability is limited to what mandatory law, such as consumer protection law, requires.

9. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Finnish law. A consumer may take a dispute to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariita.fi) or to the district court of their home municipality.
